Each program consists of well-trained professional coaches who are here to help you make the kind of change for yourself. For each program at BDMMA you are guaranteed a great knowledgeable work out.
Newbies:
Each class you learn something new from different kinds of defense and fighting skills, or learning something about yourself as well. If you are currently participating in any kind of physical activity, BDMMA has a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere and for those who are not familiar with physical athletic activities, you are not alone. Many people come in everyday with no athletic background, but everyone has to start somewhere.
Something for Everyone:
If you are looking for a specific skill to acquire such as self-defense, than the MMA program is best for you. MMA includes Muay Thai Kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. In the kickboxing aspect of MMA you will learn how to properly punch and kick. Also, in MMA you will be using all of your muscles in every drill and work out which will get you physically fit and you will be ready when and if you need to use your defense skills in a real life situation. This program is designed to train those to become physically fit in every part of their body in order to be capable of destroying their opponent in any type of condition.
A Variety of Benefits:
For the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu program, along with the MMA skills that you will learn, you will also study BJJ. in this type of fighting, BJJ focuses on grappling and ground fighting. these skills will be very helpful in pinning your opponent down while using your other fighting skills to knock him or her out.The amount of physical fitness that a person will encounter on just training is highly intense. BDMMA also has a handbook on nutrition. the nutrition book explains what foods are good to eat and why, which foods will give you the most energy and high calorie burning rate. Health and fitness are very important if you want to successfully succeed in a fight or defend yourself in any kind of scenario which is what BDMMA exists for.
A Little Bit About the Women’s Program:

Girls Work Out on the Ladder, the Punching Bag, and More – all with a little motivational help from our coaches! Women of different fitness levels train together – each working on their own personal goals.
BDMMA created the women’s program to help women lose weight, to be physically fit and healthy and to learn fighting techniques. The women’s program includes exercises such as: kickboxing technique’s for toning of the arms and legs, fighter-style abdominal exercises. punching bag routines, nutrition, post-workout meals, and how to balance protein and carbs.
Kid’s Programs, too!
Along with BDMMA’s women’s program, there are kids program’s as well. The kids program is designed to build the confidence and self-esteem a child needs to make them physically fit, learn effective defense skills, and will highlight discipline in your child’s life. The kids program also helps children make new friends and strengthen their social skills.
